Add you, subtract not-you.

Focusing on my work, eliminating distractions, allows to me be my true self.

As long as "my work" is what I truly want to do and feel called to do (big if true), then being my truest self is easy, when I'm at work - whatever "at work" looks like.

Just eliminate, or even reduce, the distractions that keep you from the work.

The tricky part is when work becomes the distraction - email checking, putting out fires, dead ends. It's okay, it's part of it. But the other part of it is giving yourself rest, a break, the space between the efforts. Those are not distractions, they are refills.
